A strong foundation is built brick by brick

Foundations classes look different for every level, age group and style! SDC uses a mix of formal technique training, coordination through play, improvisation, and repetition. We’re also proud to represent curriculum of The Godfrey Method & Acrobatic Arts!

Foundations transition seamlessly to competition

Dancers of all ages and levels who LOVE to perform are invited to join our Resonance Competition Team. This team focuses on teamwork, collaboration and connection. Dancers work together to build creative, stage ready group dances, solos, duets and trios.
